Our Shipping Policy for Ather electric scooters is designed to provide you with a fast and secure delivery. When placing an order, customers must pay half of the total amount before delivery. All shipments are insured for your peace of mind. We strive to deliver all orders within 2 days of receiving payment. For any additional questions related to shipping, please contact us directly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Ather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for our scooters. If you are not satisfied with your electric scooter, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We also offer an exchange policy for our scooters. If you would like to exchange your electric scooter for a different model, you may do so within the 30-day return window.
