Our Shipping Policy offers free delivery for all electric bike orders across India. To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers must pay 50% of the total cost of the bike as a downpayment before delivery. The remaining 50% must be paid upon delivery. We are dedicated to providing our customers with a convenient and reliable delivery experience.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return & Exchange Policy for electric bikes is simple and straightforward. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. However, if the customer fails to purchase the electric bike after delivery, a delivery fee will be charged. Customers must return the electric bike in its original condition in order to receive a full refund. If any parts of the electric bike are missing, a restocking fee may be applied. Payment Methods
At Ather India, we accept payment via bank transfer. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, we will provide you with all the necessary account details for the transfer. To ensure timely delivery of your order, 50% of the payment must be made online before the delivery. The remaining balance of 50% can be paid upon delivery via cash on delivery (COD).
